Listed below are the General Terms and Conditions that will govern the relationship between you, the tourist, and my company. When you make a payment for the trip you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

References Reservations, Payments and Cancellations
A payment of $150 per person is required to secure reservations. This payment is refundable up to 30 days before the departure date. Thirty days before departure full payment for the trip is required. If you cancel within the last thirty days, partial refunds will be available, depending on the amount of money I have spent securing transportation and accommodations. In addition, I will keep a $75 administrative fee. When we plan your trip, I will give you the full price per person. This price will not include your transportation to Kathmandu or government travel fees. I will be happy to make changes to your itinerary at any time, but will have to charge for any fees that I have paid in advance if those plans are cancelled.

Passports and Visas
You will need a valid passport for travel. I will inform you of visa fees and requirements. For example, there is a $30 visa fee requirement for entry into Nepal and must be paid in U. S. $, in addition, there is a requirement for two passport photos for the visa.

Medical Issues
You must advise me, prior to making reservations, of any physical or mental condition which might impact the trip and require medical attention or special equipment. I will send you a health form to complete which will help me to assess you abilities and plan a trip that is appropriate for you.
