Nar Phu Valley Trekking

Nar Phu Valley Trekking Narphu Valley trekking is one of none tourist trekking area of Nepal. For this trek we need special permit from government as this Nar phu village is recognized very lately. Which is normal to hard trekking, it lies in Annapurna region but its different way of trekking but it's very exciting and the challenging trekking. Now a days, Nar Phu the population about 300 inhabitants who depend on livestock, unlike most Bhotia people, whose trading patterns changed drastically after the Nepali Government closed borders with Tibet, the people of Nar and Phu valley were least affected by this change. The tortuous path leading from the valley into Tibet had never made them dependent on the salt trade, and till today yak herding is the basis of their livelihood. Nar Phu valley trekking is begins from Besi Sahar and continue follow the Annapurna circuit trail till Koto then left Annapurna circuit trail and follow the Nar Phu valley.

After you reach in Nar village you can choose same way return to Besi Sahar or you can choose to follow the trail goes over the Kang La pass (5240m) to follow again Annapurna circuit trail. After you reach in Manang village, either you choose the trail Tilicho Lake and Mesokanto La pass (5099m) to Jomsom or you can follow the Annapurna circuit trail to cross Thorung La (5416m) to Jomsom. After you reach at Jomsom then you can take a flight to Pokhara or continue trek to Pokhara though Ghorepani Poon Hill or trek to Beni Bazaar and catch bus to Pokhara which is perfect way to see the Himalayas views and culture of the region. From Pokhara you will take flight or bus to back in Kathmandu.
